Shipping

As a New Zealand company, we ship throughout NZ for a flat rate of $6 for non rural, and $9 for rural addresses, unless you have a bulk order.

We do ship internationally but this in not automatically calculated at the checkout so please contact us to find out costs and timeframes or pop over to our Etsy shop for automatically calculated shipping.

Returns?

As this is made to order art, unfortunately it is not returnable or refundable.

Wait times

The garlands listed on our website will be ready to send quite quickly, normally within 48 hours. Our made to order products have a longer lead time - approximately two weeks but this will be confirmed with you at the time of purchase. However, if you are needing something urgently, or if you are planning to place a large order please contact us so we can work with you to create a timeframe that is suitable.
